Companion Animal Wellness Center in Poulsbo, WA is a full service companion animal hospital. It is our commitment to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages; and complete medical and surgical care as necessary during his or her lifetime.

We are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. Accreditation means we voluntarily agree to outside evaluations to ensure that we meet or exceed over 900 standards of excellence in small animal veterinary care. Only 12% of practices in North America are accredited. We are proud to be one of them.
